Through Thai Yoga therapy, we focus on somatic repatterning, structural alignment, myofascial release, and deep tissue techniques specifically tailored to your individual needs. By re-educating the tension patterns contributing to pain and discomfort, we help restore flow to your body’s energy channels, or Prana, revitalizing the entire system.  Each session uses gentle touch, rhythmic strokes, and herbal oils to release blockages, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural detoxification. 


Mindful Bodywork goes beyond physical healing, it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Incorporating advanced therapies like Photobiomodulation (PBM) and Brain Entrainment, we enhance the benefits of touch with technologies that accelerate tissue healing, improve circulation, and optimize brain function.  

Incorporating Ayurvedic principles, we support the balance of the doshas (body energies) and use sacred Marma point therapy to guide energy flow. Combined with cutting-edge therapies, these techniques offer a holistic approach to wellness that fosters physical relief and emotional and spiritual healing.
